We use a system of visual symbols on our pages to let the users know whish members' identities have been verified, and which brands have been 'claimed' by their owners in order to control the information that appears in the brand's profile. A Blue Star will appear on the profiles of members who have submitted a copy of their government-issued identification via email to [email protected]. A Gold Star signifies that a brand has been claimed by someone as their own by submitting to us at the same email address legal documents that establish the formation of the brand. In the US, such documents are Articles of Incorporation and Operating Agreements. 24Fashion.tv is not the arbitrator for any dispute that may arise between any parties for any reason as a result of information that may be published on 24Fashion.tv. We do not check for accuracy of anything posted by our users. You should be aware that there are certain things that 24Fashion.tv, LLC will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but 24Fashion.tv, LLC cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.
If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges.
