Natan Couture FW25 Turns Volume Into Everyday Chic

If summer is the season of ease and elegance, then fall calls for something deeper, something sculpted, defined, and unapologetically refined. At Paris Couture Week, Natan Couture @natancouture FW25 stepped right into that space with a collection that felt both utterly classic and brilliantly modern.

Presented under the poetic title Couture Volumes for a Sophisticated Winter, this season’s looks are all about shape. Think of couture as sculpture, not on a pedestal but on the body. Belgian designer Edouard Vermeulen brings us drama through contrast: billowing, bubble-like silhouettes paired with sharp, close-to-the-body tailoring. The result is a wearable fantasy, ready for real life.

Volume with Purpose

Let’s talk about the textures first. From buttery-soft silk and warm cashmere to high-shine vinyl and neoprene-lined flannel, this collection is as tactile as it is visual. Each fabric was carefully chosen to give structure or softness, depending on the moment. And the way the bubble shape keeps returning, from sleeves to collars and even buttons, it feels like a gentle whisper throughout the line. Never too loud, always intentional.

Vermeulen plays with transparency too. Not just for seduction, but for comfort and movement. It’s this play between classic glamour and everyday ease that makes Natan Couture FW25 feel so contemporary.

A Palette of Intentional Calm

Green is the undisputed star this season. From rich olive tones to crisp emerald, Vermeulen’s favorite hue dominates. It’s fresh, grounded, and very now. He balances it with soft sky blues, creamy vanilla, and elegant navy. And of course, for evening wear, black. Always chic, never boring.

Couture That Lives in the Now

This isn’t couture that stays locked in a glass cabinet. It’s made for real life, just elevated. There’s a silk velvet jumpsuit ready to take you from a boardroom to a black-tie soirée. Flowing skirts paired with cinched waists give a nod to the classic New Look, but they feel fresh, not nostalgic.

Vermeulen says it best: “The aim of this collection is to make couture contemporary.” And he does exactly that, one wearable masterpiece at a time.

About Maison Natan

Maison Natan has been redefining Belgian elegance since the ’80s. With Edouard Vermeulen still at the helm, the house remains fiercely independent and devoted to timeless craftsmanship. From dressing European royals to modern women on the move, Natan continues to evolve while staying true to its core: refined simplicity, sculptural tailoring, and elegance that lasts.
